1. How does “Apply for WES” Process Works?

The “Apply for WES- Digital Verification service” allows the applicants to receive their academic documents verified from the Institution Digitally in Docswallet account, and provides the facility to apply with WES using the Docswallet account

To complete the process, the applicant needs to follow below Steps

2. What all documents to be processed for Verification?

  1. Consolidated Marksheet or All Semester Marksheet (if Consolidated Marksheet not available)
Note: 
  1. World Education Services [WES] Doctoral Degree Confirmation is not processed online, contact institution directly for processing the same.

3. How to Upload All Semester Marksheets?

Merge each Semester mark sheets into one document and Upload, A4 –PDF /JPEG/TIFF file format only accepted.

Note: To avoid any decline on your documents by the Institution, Make Sure 1st to Final marksheets (Complete Marksheets -Including Arrear/Improvement Marksheet] are uploaded 


4. How can I add multiple documents verification requests to the Institution?

Before payment/checkout page you will be provided with an Option “Add another Request”. Click on to the “Add another request” button to add one more document request to existing Verification request, Follow the mentioned steps to add multiple document verification request.

5. How can I check the status of my application?

  1. Login to your Docswallet Account
  2. Go to My Digital Locker to view the status of your document request.
The Status will be displayed as
  1. Pending (in Processing)
  2. Declined (not followed the Important Instruction of processing verification request/any other reason)
  3. Approved [ Verified and authenticated]
  4. Rejected [Issue in document, to be contacted with the University]

6. What is the Timeline taken by the Institution to complete the Verification Process?

The completion of the verification process is purely depending on the availability of the officials and record search time taken by the officials to verify the documents. Based on case to case turnaround time varies. 
* All required documents to be requested to avoid unnecessary delays.

7. How can I cancel the application once submitted?

Cancellation is not allowed once the request is successfully applied.

8. How will I know my request is successful?

Upon completion of the requesting procedure, you will receive a confirmation mail with the Transaction Details. Your document request details will be reflected in your Docswallet account

9. How will I know the verification is completed?

You will receive an email notification and SMS notification to the registered email ID and mobile number. Also, your document status will be shown in your Docswallet account

10. Does the WORLD EDUCATION SERVICES accept digital verified document?

Yes, the Word Education Services will accept the Digital Verified Documents that are applied using Docswallet account.
 
Important Note: Selected service mandatorily to be “Apply for WES -Digital Verification Service”.

11. Can I request to other agencies (NCEES, IQAS, ICAS…) applications through online?

“Apply for WES -Digital Verification Service” can be used only for WES application purpose.

12. Do I need to provide the World Education Service Academic request form?

For the digital process, Academic request form is not required, the Applicant can process the request with the valid WES Reference number. 

13. Can I download the Digital verification report and Send to WES / Other official Bodies physically?

No. Your Digital verified document is valid / accepted by WORLD EDUCATION SERVICES only if the Document is E-Shared Using Docswallet account.

Also, Digital Verified Document cannot be printed and handover, the physical document is considered as invalid documents.

14. What is Start WES Application?

Start WES Application is the processing of verified documents from your Docswallet account to World Education Services using API.  

15. How do I know the WES has received by documents?

Once Completed the application process to WES, you will be notified soon with a Confirmation mail. Also, WES will be updating you with the Status to your WES account within 10* Business Days.
