1. How does IEE Process Works?

The IEE digital process allows the applicants to receive their academic documents verified from the institution digitally in Docswallet account and enables the applicants to share with IEE using the Docs wallet account.

To complete the process, the applicant needs to follow below Steps

  2. Process Application to International Education Evaluations (IEE). Click Here

2. What are the documents to be processed for Verification?

  1. Consolidated Marksheet or All Semester Marksheet (if Consolidated Marksheet not available)
  2. Degree Certificate.

3. How to Upload All Semester Marksheets?

Merge all Semester mark sheets into one document and Upload the document, A4 –PDF /JPEG/TIFF file format only accepted.

Note: To avoid any decline on your documents by the Institution, Make Sure all issued marksheets (Including Arrear/Improvement Marksheet) are merged and uploaded.

4. How can I add multiple documents verification requests to the Institution?

Before payment/checkout page you will be provided with an Option “Add another Request”. Click “Add another request” button to add one more document type to the existing Verification request. Follow the previous steps to add multiple document verification request.

5. How can I check the status of my Application?

  1. Login to your Docswallet Account. Click Here
  2. Go to My Digital Locker to view the status of your document request.
The Status will be displayed as
  1. Pending ( in Processing )
  2. Declined (not followed the Important Instruction of processing verification request/any other reason)
  3. Approved [ Verified and authenticated]
  4. Rejected [ Issue in document, to be contacted with the University]

6. What is the Timeline taken by the Institution to complete the Verification Process?

The completion of the verification process depends on the availability of the officials and record search time taken by the officials to verify the documents. Based on the authorities of institutions, case-to-case turnaround time varies. 
* Attach all required documents to avoid unnecessary delays.

7. How can I cancel the application once submitted?

Cancellation is not allowed once the request is successfully applied. 

8. How will I know my request is successful?

Upon completion of the requesting procedure, you will receive a confirmation mail with the Transaction Details. Your document request details will be reflected in your Docswallet account.

9. How will I know the verification is completed?

You will receive an email notification to the registered email ID. Also, your document status will be shown in your Docswallet account.

10. Does the IEE accept digital verified document?

Yes, the IEE will accept the Digital Verified Documents that are applied using Docswallet account.

11. What is Docswallet IEE Application?

Docswallet IEE Application is the processing of verified documents from your Docswallet account to International Education Evaluations (IEE).

12. How do I know that IEE has received by documents?

Once application process to IEE completed, you will be notified soon with a Confirmation mail. Also, IEE will be updating you within 10-15* Business Days.
