How Online Verification Works?.

How can I raise a request?  

1.    Visit www.directverify.in

2.    Click on “Directverify now”

3.    Search your institute or the university from search column or select from a complete list

 

 

How can I check the status of the verification?

i.        Open www.directverify.in

ii.       Type the Verification Number (AVN/VN) in the status tracker placed in the top right corner and click on the search button

iii.       The Status will be displayed.

                                       1.     Pending (Under processing)

                                       2.     Declined (Declined for not maintaining the T&C)

                                       3.     Completed  

 

{Verification will be totally depending to the institute. Directverify will be a platform to connect user and the institute and not a pending management team. General timeline for verification is between 10-20 working days}.

 

 

How can I cancel the request?

Sorry, for any raised requests, the cancellation will not be available. The verification will be under verifier queue for verification.

     

 

How can I upload the document and in which format I should upload?

1. Make sure you upload document in A4 size, Portrait format.

2. Please upload the document with good clarity. {NO CAMERA IMAGES ACCEPTED}
3. Make sure you scan and upload the certificate without any extra white space at the bottom.

4. The document should be uploaded in PDF format with all details scanned without any additional markings/attestation on the same

 

 

How will I know the request was successful? 

We will send you the transaction and payment completion status to the registered email.

 

 

How will I know the verification is completed?

You will be receiving an email notification to registered email ID.

 

 

My verification is completed, but no PDF is attached in the email or can't download the report. Please resend the report???

Sorry, you will require downloading the report from your Reg. email ID associated Docswallet account.   No verified report will be attached to the email as per the data protection policy of Institutions.

 

Note

If you entered a wrong email, Docswallet will not be able to edit or forward the report to any other account. Alternative available is to raise a new request with correct email or access the wrong email associated Docswallet Digital Locker Account.

  

 

How can I send the verified report to my Authority/Employer/Embassy?

You are required to E-share the report to the required authority email through Docswallet Digital Locker.

 

 

My Employer needs the verification directly from Institute or from Docswallet Digital Locker email Id, How is this possible?

Kindly E-share your approved verification report with the employer. They will receive the report as in the email ID of the institute.

 

 

Is my college/University available for verification in the online portal?

For knowing is your college or University comes under online verification services, Please check the "complete list” from http://www.directverify.in/.

If your college or University is not listed, then the online verification service will not be available through Directverify. 

 

 

Can I get the verification done by mail or a call?

Sorry, Mail and Call verification are not valid as per the university and college authorities. We support only online verifications.

Raise the requests through www.directverify.in . If not listed with Directverify, Please contact the institute directly.

 

 

Can I raise the request for Digital services for World Education Services? 

Yes, Student/Alumini can request Digital Service for World Education Service, Follow the Instruction provided in below link to know 

The Service will not include Transcripts or WES services which are related to the US or Canadian Embassy which requires hard copies to be sent directly to WES agency.

 

 How can I re-initiate (Reupload) the correct document using the link provided?

Re-upload options are provided to those document service requests which are declined and the verifier is ready to provide a second chance.

Kindly follow the below steps for re-uploading; (Refunds will be not applicable for re-upload link active institutes as per the terms and conditions of the particular institute)

 Steps:

Open the email provided with a link.

Click on “Click Here” link given within the email for re-upload.

In the new window opened, Using the upload button you could re-upload the document.

If you have any edits on your sub- document details, you can click the edit button under the sub document category.

The re-upload should be as per the T&C and the remarks from the verifier.

Any deviation from the T&C can lead to decline with/without any refund based to the verifier. (Check the list of verifiers who are non-refundable)
