Verification Request to Vellore Institute of Technology for WES Submission 

Step for Requesting Verification

1. Go to Vellore Institute of Technology document verification portal. [Click Here]
   
2. Select “Apply for WES” & Read Important Instructions. 
   
3. Request documents for verification as per WES instructions. 
   
4. Create your Docswallet digital locker account.
   
5. Process online payment to complete your verification request.
   
6. Receive email notification after verifications completed by University authority.
   

Important Points for Requesting Verification

• Kindly read instructions mentioned in WES Website [www.wes.org] regarding processing documents from Vellore Institute of Technology [Click here]
  

• While processing verification request, update all details as per your academic records with valid WES reference number.
  

• Degree certificate and consolidated marksheets to be processed as a separate verification request.
  

• If you do not have a consolidated marksheet, please scan all your semester-wise marksheets and combine them into a single PDF file. Ensure that each page in the PDF is in A4 size and clearly readable. Upload this combined file under the “All Semester Marksheets” option. Please do not merge or shrink all documents into a single page; each marksheet should remain as a separate A4 page within the PDF.

Important Points for Uploading Documents.

• Upload only color copies of the original documents clearly readable from top to bottom.
  

• Ensure only the appropriate supporting documents issued by institution is uploaded for the selected service. [e.g.: If you select "Apply for WES - Degree Certificate" - upload only the degree certificate, do not upload mark sheet or any other certificates]

• Upload only marksheets issued by Jain University, as any other institution-issued certificates uploaded will be declined by University authority.
