Process Transcript Application to Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences

Step for Requesting Transcripts

  1. Go to Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences document verification portal. [Click Here]
  2. Select the required Option from the listed drop-down
  3. Request for Transcripts by uploading the copy of Documents mentioned.
  4. Process online payment to complete your Application request.
  5. Receive email notification after the process completed by College authority to collect the document.

Important Points for Requesting Transcript 

  • Make sure the document scanned are of Original Certificate
  • Upload only color copies of the original documents clearly readable from top to bottom.
  • Applicants having forms to be authorized from the Institution for submitting to an organization [Like IQAS, ICAS, NCEES] along with Transcripts proceed the application by selecting “Apply for Transcripts and Other forms

    • ** WES applicants should use “Apply for WES” Digital Service.

Note: - After placing the request changes/cancellation is not accepted.



Institution provides the Transcript in a Sealed and Signed Envelope
