Step for Requesting Transcripts

1. Go to Stella Maris College document verification portal. [Click Here]
   
2. Select the required Option from the listed drop-down
   
3. Request for Transcripts by uploading the copy of Documents mentioned.
   
4. Choose your required Delivery Option “Shipping  (DHL/Blue Dart) “ or “In Person Pick-up”
   
5. Process online payment to complete your Application request.
   
6. Receive email notification after the process completed by College authority to Collect or Track your Transcripts.
   

Important Points for Requesting Transcript 

• The college shall not process Degree Certificate Verifications; applicants need to get the degree certificate verification completed separately from affiliated university and not via Docswallet.
  
• Make sure the document scanned are of Original Certificate​
  
• Upload only color copies of the original documents clearly readable from top to bottom.
  
• College Shall not include or attest the Degree Certificate issued by the University, Pl
  
• Applicants having forms to be authorized from the Institution for submitting to an organization [Like IQAS, ICAS, NCEES] along with Transcripts proceed the application by selecting “Apply for Transcripts and Other forms
  


** WES applicants should use “Apply for WES” Digital Service.

Delivery Option, Important Point

• For the selected Delivery Options in Shipping [DHL/BlueDart]: - Make Sure the recipient address provided is in the serviceable location of DHL/Blue Dart.
  
• For the selected Delivery Option In-person Pick-up:- Make Sure the Documents are collected from the Institution without failure.
  

Note: - After placing the request changes/cancellation is not accepted.
