Step for Requesting Physical Document [Trancripts]

  1. Go to Government College of Technology document verification portal. [Click Here]
  2. Select the required Option from the listed drop-down, refer 
    1. Transcript Application – ME Course [All Semester Mark sheets]
    2. Transcript Application – ME Course [Consolidated Mark sheet]
    3. Transcript Application – B.E/B. Tech [All Semester Mark sheets]
    4. Transcript Application – B.E/B. Tech [Consolidated Mark sheet]
  3. Request for Transcripts by uploading the copy of Documents mentioned. 
  4. Choose your required Delivery Option “Shipping  (DHL/BlueDart) / In Person Pick-up”
  5. Process online payment to complete your Application request.
  6. Receive email notification after the process completed by College authority to Collect or Track your Transcripts.

Important Points for Requesting Transcript 

  1. Make sure the document scanned are of Original Certificate, with Complete print impression top to bottom
  2. For obtaining Only Transcripts, proceed the Application through “Apply for Transcripts”
  3. Applicants having forms to be authorized from the Institution for submitting to organizations [IQAS, ICAS, NCEES, NUS] along with Transcripts, proceed the Application through “Apply for Transcripts and Other forms”.

Important Points on Selected Delivery Option

  1.  For the selected Delivery Options in Shipping [DHL/BlueDart]: - Make Sure the recipient address provided is in the serviceable location of DHL/Blue Dart. Courier Charges will be applicable based on the location/Country provided.
  2. For the selected Delivery Option In-person Pick-up:- Make Sure the Documents are collected from the Institution without failure.
  3. Once placed the request  Delivery option/Application cannot be changed under any circumstances.
