Step for Requesting Verification

1. Go to St Aloysius College document verification portal. [Click Here]
   
2. Select “Apply for WES” & Read Important Instructions. 
   
3. Request documents for verification as per WES instructions. 
   
4. Create your Docswallet digital locker account.
   
5. Process online payment to complete your verification request.
   
6. Receive email notification after verifications completed by the College authority.
   

Important Points for Requesting Verification

1. College shall not process Degree Certificate Verifications; applicants need to get the degree certificate verification completed separately from affiliated university and not via Docswallet.
   
2. While processing verification request, update all details as per your academic records with valid WES reference number.
   
3. If you do not have a consolidated marksheet, please scan all your semester-wise marksheets and combine them into a single PDF file. Ensure that each page in the PDF is in A4 size and clearly readable. Upload this combined file under the “All Semester Marksheets” option. Please do not merge or shrink all documents into a single page; each marksheet should remain as a separate A4 page within the PDF.

Important Points for Uploading Documents.

1. Upload only color copies of the original documents clearly readable from top to bottom.
   
2. Ensure only the appropriate supporting documents issued by the institution is uploaded for the selected service. [e.g.: If you select "Apply for WES – Consolidated Marksheet" - upload only the Consolidated Marksheet, do not upload All Semester marksheets or any other certificates]
   
3. Upload only mark sheets issued by St Aloysius College, as any other institution-issued certificates uploaded will be declined by the College authority.
