Create your Docswallet digital locker account.
Process online payment to complete your verification request.
Receive email notification after verifications completed by college authority.
Important Points for Requesting Verification
While processing the verification requests, update all details as per your academic records with valid WES reference numbers.
Degree certificate and consolidated mark sheets to be processed as a separate verification request.
If consolidated mark sheet not available, merge all semester marksheets into one document and process verification request under “All Semester Marksheets” option.
Important Points for Uploading Documents
Upload only color copies of the original documents clearly readable from top to bottom.
Ensure only the appropriate supporting documents issued by institution is uploaded for the selected service. [e.g.: If you select "Apply for WES - Degree Certificate" - upload only the degree certificate, do not upload mark sheet or any other certificates]
Upload only marksheets issued by St Joseph’s College, as any other institution-issued certificates uploaded will be declined by College authority
