Process Application to World Education Services [WES]


Steps for Processing Application

  1. Login to Docswallet account. [Click Here]
  2. Confirm all requested verifications are completed by the university/college authority.
  3. Go to “Start WES Application” screen to view all “Approved” documents.
  4. Select all approved documents to process your application to WES.
  5. Validate your WES registration details as per the WES records.
  6. Process online payment to complete WES application.

Important points for reviewing verified documents

  1. Review your Docswallet account to ensure all verification requests are “Approved” by your institution.
  2. If any documents are declined, ensure the declined documents are sent for re-verification and confirm to be in “Approved” status before processing your WES application.
  3. Ensure that all the “Approved” documents in your Docswallet account fulfill your WES application requirement as instructed in the WES website.

Important points for processing application to WES

  1. Go to “Start WES Application” screen and select the documents for WES application only after confirming that all your requested verifications are in “Approved” status.
  2. While submitting your application to WES, enter accurate details to validate your information as registered with www.wes.org website.
    1. WES reference Number
    2. Applicant First Name
    3. Applicant Last Name
    4. WES Registered Email Id
  3. WES validation error after 3 consecutive attempts, will lead to a 1-hour restriction. can retry WES details validation only after 1 hour

World Education Services to update your WES account
