How to request online verification for Tamil Nadu Secretariat/HRD Attestation?
Steps: -
1. Select your institute and select document type “Tamil Nadu secretariat / HRD attestation
2. Upload documents and make payment through online
3. Receive verification request initiated mail, and wait for the institute to complete verification
4. Receive verification completed mail and download the report from your Docswallet account (
www.docswallet.com)}.
5. Take print out of the verified document (If only Approved)
6. Submit the document print out to the Tamil Nadu Secretariat for attestation

2. Please upload the document with good clarity. {NO CAMERA IMAGES ACCEPTED}
3. Make sure you scan and upload the certificate without any extra white space at the bottom.

What will be the timeline for the online verification?
Verification completely depends on the respective Institution based on the record searching time and the verifier availability.
How will I get notified, once the verification got completed?
Once the verification is completed, a confirmation mail will be sent to your email id.
How to download the online verified document?
1. Login to Docswallet (
www.docswallet.com) account using your account username and password (Password can be reset at any point of time by the user)
2. Go to "My Digital Locker" and download the transaction Result.
What is the next procedure once the verified document is downloaded?
You are supposed to download and take a hard copy of the verified document and submit to the Secretariat for further attestation process along with the original certificate.
