1. Image not clear: The uploaded
image was not clear for verification. It may have cuts, blurred images, images
taken on camera, Image not scanned.
2. Not uploaded as per the T&C: Each
verifier will be having them on Terms & Conditions to be followed for the
uploaded documents.
3. Multiple Documents Uploaded: The uploaded
verification consists of more than a main certificate. If the verifier asks for
main with the supporting documents, upload only one supporting document as per
the parameters mentioned.
4. Front and back side not uploaded: If the
certificate front and backside are not uploaded
5. Supporting documents not uploaded: If the
supporting document is not uploaded
6. Not issued by us: The uploaded certificate
is not issued by the declined verifier.
7. Other reasons: Any other reasons which the
verification can’t be carried forward.
8. Alumni/individual candidate verifications not
accepted: Requested verification with covering letter should be on company
letter pad.
· If issuing body rejects a certificate, this is to be considered as a fake or bogus document. Any disputes in this can be clarified directly to the issuing body
