How to change the registered email id / I entered a wrong email while raising a request?
Sorry, the email id entered will be accepted by the system and no changes can be made once the request is made.
I have wrongly uploaded the Certificate for the verification. Kindly sent me the link to re-upload or refund the amount.
Sorry, once a request was raised, there will be no activities can be done from the backend to cancel the request, alter the uploaded document, or refund the amount paid.
The alternatives under this situation will be;
Request you to be patient until the verification is either declined or completed by the verifier.
If eligible, after the decline a re-initiation can be provided to the reg. email.
Refund will be provided who are eligible for the same (please check the FAQ related to the non-refundable universities and institutes).
I need the refund for the declined verification or a second chance to re-upload for free.
The verification if declined normally will be provided with a refund or re-upload option if the Institute allows the same.

Response time for verifying documents is based on the record search time & availability of the verifying authority at the Institute. There is no option to quickly process a verification request.
The status shows as completed. But, I didn’t receive any email confirmation. Where should I go for getting the report?
Check the registered email id or the spam. In case you are not able to find the email from directverify.in, please write to
support@docswallet.com with the verification number. Also, refer the FAQ “how to download the report” to understand how to download the report.
Does Directverify provide attestation of my certificates?

Institute says they have completed the verification and is pending with the Docswallet. Please clarify?
It is to be noted that the verification's done directly from the Institute without any third party interference*. Any verification completed will be received back to your account without any delay and the verification upload/completion is not vested with the Docswallet.
Docswallet purely works only as the technical platform to the Institute/University listed*.
