1) How to request for Transcripts?
To apply Transcripts, the user can upload the documents by selecting the Service, “Student Service Shift- I –Apply for Transcripts” for Shift I students and “Student Service Shift- II – Apply for Transcripts” for Shift II students after completing the online payment.
The Institute will process the request and issues the Transcripts
Note: -
Once the transcripts are issued, Candidate must reach the University for collecting the transcripts in hard copies with the online verified printed copy
2) What are all documents required for applying transcripts?
Upload all the semester mark sheets till received in a single PDF file and upload.
Make sure uploaded documents are perfectly scanned without any cut or Writings on the Certificate, Recommended to upload in Color Xerox and ensure uploaded copy are of original certificate)
3) What are the procedures for obtaining the transcripts for ECA assessment? (WES/ICAS/NESS/NCESS agency)
To apply transcripts for ECA assessment, Select the Service “Student Service Shift- I –Apply for Transcripts & Other Forms(WES/NUS/ NCEES/NCES/ICAS/IQAS)” for Shift I students and “Student Service Shift- II – Apply for Transcripts& Other Forms (WES/NUS/ NCEES/NCES/ICAS/IQAS)” for Shift II students and upload the documents along with the agency form & make the payment, the Institute will process the request and issues the Transcripts and provides an authorization on the agency form
4) How will I able to receive the transcripts, E-Copy or College sealed Cover?
The College will issue the transcripts in both modes, “E-Copy” which will be deposited your docs wallet account. & also College will issue the Transcripts in Sealed cover which contains official’s signature over the back flap
5) How can I request to receive Transcripts to the address or to the address of University/Organization mentioned?
The College would not courier the Transcripts; the user has to approach the College for collecting the transcripts.
6) How will I able to know the Transcripts are ready?
You will be receiving a notification once the Application is completed
7) The Submitted Request got decline, Is there a re-upload option available?
It is not possible to re-Upload the application under the same request ID, Raise a fresh request.
8) The Request submitted got decline, will the amount be refunded?
If the College has declined your request, the amount will be refunded back to the Source of payment within 12 working days
9) What are the steps to be taken to avoid the decline of a submitted request?
Make sure the scan copy of Mark sheets are clear and complete & are of Original certificates Xerox Copy. Also, Uploading document
are
complete as required on the website.
10) What are the different modes of Payment available?
Payment will be processed through online with all type of cards issued as Debit/Credit Card.
11) The transaction got failed and the money got deducted from my account?
12) Can I make the payment through Demand Draft?
The Payment can only be done through online.
13) Can I cancel my request once the payment is completed?
Cancellation of the request is not possible once the request is raised
14) Is there a faster process to complete the verification?
Response time for verifying documents is based on the record search time & availability of the verifying authority at the institute. There is no option to quickly process a verification request
