How It Works?
From the Docswallet listed institution approved by World Education
Service, select your institute and follow the below steps.
Step 1
– Application for Document verification to your Institution
- Go to your Institution’s Document verification
portal from WES approved list [Click Here]
- Select
“Apply for WES” & Read Important Instructions given, carefully.
- From
the drop-down list, Request documents for verification as per WES instructions
- Create
your Docswallet digital locker account.
- Process
online payment to complete your verification request.
- Receive
email notification after verifications completed by the Issuing Authority
Your Institution Verification charges will be visible depending on the number of documents you process.

Step 2
- Application for Document processing to World Education Service.
Once the Institute Completes document verification, proceed to
complete the Digital Application to WES.
- Login
to Docswallet account. [Click Here]
- Confirm
all requested verifications are completed by the university/college authority.
- Go to
“Start WES Application” screen to view all “Approved” documents.
- Select
all approved documents to submit your application to WES.
- Validate
your WES registration details as per the WES records.
- Process the online payment to complete the application process to WES.
