This guide outlines a simple, step-by-step process for students to verify their documents, convert them into OpenCert format, and share them securely with institutions. Follow these instructions to complete your tasks efficiently and ensure your documents meet all necessary standards.

 

Flow Overview

  • Verification: Visit Portal directverify.in ➜ Select Institute ➜ Upload Document➜ Login ➜ Payment ➜ Receive Verified Document
  • OpenCert: Login ➜ Select Document ➜ Payment ➜ Wait for Notification ➜ Download ➜ Authenticate on opencerts.io
  • E-Share: Login ➜ Select Document ➜ Choose Institution ➜ Enter Reference ➜ Payment ➜ Share

 

Here We Start

1. Document Verification

  1. Visit directverify.in.
  2. Select your institute and service.
  3. Upload documents and fill in details.
  4. Create a Docswallet account or log in, if you already have an account.
  5. Complete payment.
  6. Receive email notification after verification.
  7. Access verified documents in Docswallet. Docswallet Login.

 

2. OpenCert Conversion

  1. Log in to Docswallet. Docswallet Login
  2. Select "Convert Document to OpenCert for Singapore."
  3. Select the document for conversion.
  4. Complete payment.
  5. Wait 1-2 hours for processing.
  6. Receive email notification.
  7. Download the OpenCert JSON and PDF files.
  8. Visit opencerts.io and upload the JSON file to authenticate.

Notes:

·       (Before converting ensure all the verified certificates are in approved status and documents fetched to Docswallet from Government of India DigiLocker.)

·       OpenCert files can only be viewed on the OpenCert website. PDF files cannot be authenticated.

 

3. E-Share Process

  1. Log in to Docswallet. Docswallet Login.
  2. Select "Send Certified Documents."
  3. Choose the country, organization, and institution.
  4. Enter the reference number.
  5. Complete payment to send the document.
