1. Go to your  St. Joseph’s College  document verification portal. [Click Here]
2. Select “Apply for WES” & Read Important Instructions. 
   
3. Request documents for verification as per WES instructions. 
   
4. Create your Docswallet digital locker account.
   
5. Process online payment to complete your verification request.
   
6. Receive email notification after verifications completed by College authority.
   

Important Points for Requesting Verification

1. While processing verification request, update all details as per your academic records with valid WES reference number.
   
2. Degree certificate and consolidated marksheets to be processed as a separate verification request.
   
3. Applicant who process only Degree Certificate verification request, must also process separate verification request for complete semester/year marksheets. Without the complete marksheets, the application processing will be incomplete for WES
4. If consolidated marksheet not available, merge all semester marksheet into one document and process verification request under “All Semester Marksheets” option.

Important Points for Uploading Documents.

1. Upload only color copies of the original documents clearly readable from top to bottom.
   
2. Ensure only the appropriate supporting documents issued by institution is uploaded for the selected service. [e.g.: If you select "Apply for WES - Degree Certificate" - upload only the degree certificate, do not upload mark sheet or any other certificates]
   
3. Upload only marksheets issued by St. Joseph’s College, as any other institution issued certificates uploaded will be declined by College authority without any refund
